Kto, Esli Ne My plot

The boys Sme and Toljasik are close friends. One day they decide to become millionaires and that they want to go to Moscow. To pay for the second plan, they play as a street musician, but they are robbed of their money. They then decide to commit a robbery, but they are caught with all the consequences that entails.
