Overkill plot

"The hunter becomes the hunted."

After a failed raid, Jack Hazard takes a vacation to Latin America on the advice of his boss, where he meets Gary Steiner. When Steiner is threatened by his boss, the influential Wheeler, Hazard decides to help him. Wheeler calls in the local police and soon Steiner and Hazard are arrested and imprisoned.
