The four agents Emotionless (Crystal Liu Yifei), Iron Hands (Collin Chou), Life Snatcher (Ronald Cheng), and ColdBlood (Deng Chao) are very skilled with their individual superpowers. When the four agents of the Divine Constabulary investigate a murder case in a suburb, they unexpectedly come across clues to the murder of Emotionless's family 15 years ago. As they investigate, the agents discover facts about their past that they like to keep hidden and facts that force them to choose between past resentments and their new lives.
