This documentary shows how it is possible for large American companies to pay 0% tax because their capital is parked outside the United States in tax havens. This while the ordinary citizen has to pay taxes and all kinds of cuts are being made to public facilities. In addition to analysts and other experts, this documentary also follows a number of activists across America who are opposing these gaps in the law.
