"Tugger the jeep has a dream to fly but he has much to overcome. Will he realize his dream in the end?"

After serving his country in World War II, Tugger is discarded by the US military. But when an airplane propeller replaces the fan in its engine, the car gets a new lease of life. He spends all his time towing planes at a local airport, where he always has problems with the air traffic controller and his dog Max. But he also has friends: two old gas pumps, ex-bomber Bob and radio Shorty.
