Beijing Meets Seattle II: Book of Love plot
Jiao is a hostess working in a casino in Macau. Daniel is a real estate agent in Los Angeles. They both feel an emptiness in their existence. They come across the book "84 Charing Cross Road" which tells the story of a New York writer who corresponds with a British bookseller living at the address in the title. Daniel and Jiao want to get rid of the book and send it to the address in London. However, they do not know that the current owner Mr. Thomas will forward their letters to each other.
