Young-Hwa Yoon is a former top newsreader, who has been taken aback by a dirty business and now works as a radio reporter. One morning, a listener calls to his show and announces that he is going to blow up the Mapodaegyo Bridge. At first they think of a joke, but when the bridge actually flies into the sky, Young-Hwa knows that it was indeed the perpetrator and he thinks that he can rekindle his aspirations as a newscaster on TV.
