"A WORLD'S FAIR OF BEAUTY, SONG - LAUGHTER!"

Ezra Ounce is an eccentric millionaire who has set himself the goal of opposing 'immoral' things, such as theater productions. Coincidentally, however, his niece Barbara is in love with Broadway producer Jimmy Higgens, who wants to give her a major role in his new production, called "Sweet and Hot."
