Bots, Trekt ten Strijde! plot

In the turbulent 1970s and 1980s, the socialist pop group Bots, the band around Hans Sanders, fights with its music for a better world. They become known with '7 Days Long' (What Shall We Drink). In Germany they make history with the song 'Das Weiche Wasser', which is the anthem of the German peace movement to this day. It is precisely this popularity that ultimately kills the band.
