'Extraction' is a film with an unoriginal story, but one that certainly has the potential to create something interesting. Unfortunately, this is not the case here, and despite the normal running time, it is quite a long sit. It lacks basic elements such as convincing acting, a beautiful setting, and good camerawork.

Very weak action movie. The plot has all kinds of holes and is completely illogical. The acting is bad. Even Glover can't bring things up to par. The action scenes are messy and lack tension. The director tries to dress up the film with a soundtrack, but that is also out of place; the smoke grenade scene in particular is truly ridiculous.

I actually gave this 3 stars at one point, but have now reduced it to 2. The fights are still fun and the plot is decent, but unfortunately, the rest leaves a lot to be desired.
