Der Gelbe Stern - Ein Film über die Judenverfolgung 1933-1945 plot
This documentary is about the persecution of the Jews in Germany. In 1933, books were burned by fascists at Berlin's Opernplatz. The Jewish intelligentsia was thus first made miserable in the growing Nazi Germany. The Nazis thus never hid their hatred and distaste for the Jews even during their parliamentary rise. In 1938 the windows of Jewish commercial buildings were smashed during Kristallnacht. In preparation for the concentration camps, the Nazis gradually organized the process of separating the Jew from the rest of the population. And finally the hatred culminated with the extermination camps.
