Won Ryu-Hwan, who was trained in the North Korean Special Forces, speaks five languages and is a killing machine. Two years ago, he was ordered to go as a spy to South Korea where he takes on the role of a village idiot. One day fellow spies Hae Rang, as a rock musician, and Hae Jin, as an ordinary student, join him in the same town. Then there is a drastic political shift in power in North Korea that forces the three spies on another mission.
