La Primavera plot

This almost wordless portrait of a Spanish peasant woman pays tribute to the hard work the woman does high up in the rugged Pyrenees of Catalonia, just like the generations before her. Day in, day out, season in, season out, Carme performs the acts that feed her family. She helps tend the livestock, chop up a slaughtered pig, do the laundry, run a restaurant, hoe, plant and harvest crops, and consistently rinse her boots before entering.
