Merci pour le Chocolat plot
André, a famous concert pianist, marries Mika, director of a chocolate factory. He has a son from his first marriage, Guillaume. The three of them live in a beautiful house in the countryside near Lausanne. Everything seems beautifully fine, completely normal. Until the arrival of Jeanne, a beautiful eighteen-year-old who suspects that shortly after her birth in the hospital she was switched with another baby, namely Guillaume. Jeanne, who happens to have a talent for playing the piano, visits André, who then treats her as his protégé. He takes her into the family and ensures that she is taught by the best teachers. Guillaume feels ignored and Mika politely tries her best to accept the situation.
