"Shame and pride can kill"
A village on the Slovak-Moravian border. Strangers are not welcome here and the inhabitants even seem to mistrust each other. Eighteen-year-old Marek lives here. He has no real friends other than his watchdog and hangs out with a group of skinheads. When his disenchanted mother and younger half-brother reappear in his life, he faces a terrible dilemma.
