Flight of the Cardinal plot
Failed and depressed actor Grady moves to the mountains of North Carolina to open a resort. The neighbors are, to put it mildly, not particularly happy about it. He looks forward to visits from his friends, including his former agent Karen. He also longs to see his (long-distance) boyfriend Andy and plans to ask him to come and live with him. A local young man, Beetle, who pretends to be sweet and innocent, offers Grady a temporary helping hand.
