Welcome to a world where dogs can talk and even sing. Tiny, a small Yorkshire terrier puppy with a good voice, gets the chance to audition for the singing competition for dogs: "Pup Star". After earning a spot in the finals, she is suddenly kidnapped. With the help of her new boyfriend, Charlie, a retired rock and roller, she manages to escape. Together they experience a special adventure along the most iconic music cities.

One would think that such producers like Robert Vince would still have what it takes to be a skilled filmmaker!! Who are we joking? This is a producer who continues to make many films with similar materials from the Air Bud and Air Buddies film franchise which end up becoming even more crappy after one film to another!!! This film is a prime example of this, as it is made to look very similar to the Air Buddies spinoff of Air Bud!!! Just don’t even spare a second of your time looking at this sort of junk because it has never made any sense or has any entertainment values of quality that you would expect to get to know!
