"On the road. On the run."
Two motorcyclists travel through the vast western part of America. Native American Wolf is pursued by the FBI for taking the law into his own hands after his mother was raped and murdered on the reservation. On his way, he crosses paths with Cash, a troubled musician, who is struggling with his broken marriage. An unlikely friendship develops between the two as they drive together to the Teton Mountains, where Wolf plans to scatter his mother's ashes.

Mediocre film in which a man is on the run from the police after killing his mother's killer. It takes quite a while for the film to get any direction. A slow road movie, but here and there atmospheric and some beautiful shots of the American landscape. Directing debut of actor Jason Momoa (here also in the lead role).

Very poor. Despite the fact that enough happens towards the end, not a story that makes you feel very involved. You keep watching this too slow movie with a certain distance. I think the intention was that Road to Paloma should have radiated a kind of joy with freedom, a modern Easy Rider. But the level of those kinds of films is never approached, this is more of a road to nowhere. Occasionally beautiful shots, but the narration is too syrupy. Bonet's presence pulls her hair in, but it is also the lonely highlight of the film.

A film about two lap swans on a motorcycle in the desert in America. Together, the two have all kinds of crazy adventures. Well, no. Not really! The story isn't about anything at all. A little fighting here and there. Lots of bad dialogue and some blood. And one of the two wants to scatter his deceased mother's ashes to add some sort of fake emotional touch to the film. A clear case of an absolute b-movie. The movie also reminded me a bit of easy rider. Not a very good movie either. But this movie is really bad. Not for me.
