Hangyakuji plot

A chronicle of the tragic life and suffering of a young general in the era of the warring clans. Young lord Nobuyasu Saburo, son of Ieyasu Tokugawa, struggles to find happiness in his life. His arranged marriage to Tokuhime, daughter of family enemy Nobunaga Oda, offers little luck. Nobuyasu's mother causes even more trouble with her constant meddling and attempts to defeat the Oda clan. Nobunaga soon learns of the betrayal and orders Ieyasu to kill his wife and son...
