I can (partially) confirm. When Moseley and Hodder are busy, it's tasty B food. However, it is an 'trump card' that many debuting (horror) directors balk at these days. Just a few nice names won't cut it anymore. Everything around it makes that painfully clear. Well-written story full of strange dialogues with - how could it be otherwise - extremely annoying young people. For lack of anything better, an excellent filler, but only because of the presence of already appointed men.

It's indeed fun to see Moseley and Hodder in action together.
Other than that, this film has little to offer. A number of rather flat teenagers are eliminated one by one. Wow, we've never seen that before.
Apart from a nicely gross murder, the film has little to offer on that front.
I also find that the volume of the soundtrack is often very loud. It dominates quite regularly, even at times when this is, in my opinion, somewhat unnecessary.
And a main character who becomes the target of the brothers due to her makeover?
A bit weak, but good. I can actually say that about the overall quality of the film.
