Scum plot
The arrival of the young criminal Carlin in a juvenile detention center causes uproar there, due to his considerable status in the juvenile detention center where he was previously held. Carlin arrives at the same time as Angel and Davis. The latter immediately becomes the target of bullying and Angel also has to endure extra because of his dark skin. The guards aren't much more gentle.
