At a Paris nightclub, American Diane Churchill and her father John are impressed to learn that Jacques Duryea, a young man sitting at a table next to them, is an international playboy known as Toto who can get any woman he can. want. Toto finds Diane very attractive and he manages to dance with her, but once their dance is over, Diane rejects him and leaves with her father. In the days that follow, Toto follows Diane everywhere.
