Ushi Must Marry plot

Ushi has to get married, because of the Japanese tradition. In fact; because she is still not married, she is in danger of being married off. Ushi is not happy with that, because the married off is not exactly her type; it's a huge sumo wrestler... Ushi travels around the world to find a man within two weeks, otherwise her mother will actually marry her off. Will Ushi be able to marry the ideal man?

Still pretty good though. I generally appreciated the short interviews. So partly because of that I wanted to give this film a chance. Still, I found it quite entertaining. The humor was obviously very bland, but in combination with the sidekick of Ushi, who did quite well, I could enjoy myself every now and then. But I can also imagine that this film will be destroyed, because, for example, all the acting performances are of the caliber to cry. But luckily for me, the film was fairly easy to finish.

What a depressing movie!

When it was over I almost wanted to commit harakiri with a large kitchen knife. Luckily I didn't, it makes such a mess.

Final verdict: nakaguri & haradatashii.

To all the above and apparently not too smart people who say Wendy can't act: Yo dude/girlfriend, seriously?! Why do you even watch a movie where you already know which type is put in it? I don't think you've lived in a cave for years. It doesn't seem to me that you don't know who played Ushi and that you weren't suddenly totally surprised when you saw Wendy perform this role. So WHAT THE fuck is your problem for God's sake hahaha ? EVERYONE knows ushi. Everyone knows what she's doing. Everyone knows her interviews. If you didn't like her, didn't like her type and didn't think she could act, why would you watch her movie for god sake?

Think the IQ of the average responder above is really even lower than the outside temperature at the moment. Wow I'm seriously more shocked by the reactions than the movie.

About the movie: this was one of those typical Mister Bean or Pink Panther movies. I laughed at times, but I didn't really find it funny. Take him with a grain of salt. By using my brain, unlike these jerks above, watching the trailer and knowing what I was getting myself into.
