In 2009, the three-Michelin-starred French chef Michel Bras decides to leave his restaurant to his son Sebastien, who has worked with him for 15 years. 'Entre les Bras' tells the story of the special dishes prepared by father and son, in the hilly landscape of Aubrac. One follows this gastronomic transmission and penetrates into the close family ties. Between Jonathan Nossiter of Mondovino and Raymond Depardon's La Vie Moderne, this documentary shows a moving and cheerful portrait of this family, dedicated to 'haute cuisine' for three generations.
