Kwan is a writer who lives in a luxurious but secluded villa. Her neighbor Daniel poses as a lawyer, but is actually an ex-CIA agent who has been banned for his urge to assault women. He manages to get two henchmen out of prison and plots with them to kidnap Kwam.
