Katka plot
Katka is a village girl who ignores her parents' wishes and moves to the big city. There she looks for work in a new factory where they make tights. As a naive peasant girl, everything is very confusing there and although she regularly comes into conflict with others, she gradually changes into a self-confident young woman with her own ideals about life.
