After the death of his father, thirteen-year-old Victor goes to live with his aunt and uncle in Hotel Continental. He falls in love with Fania, but they're both too shy to really make a deal out of their crush. That's why Victor imagines he's "the man of steel", a cool guy who knows no emotions.
