The House plot

"Life in transit between two worlds."

Jean just quit her coveted job as a Wall Street banker. After traveling around the world for a self-examination, she retires to a vacant vacation home owned by a friend's wealthy family. She seems to find herself unexpectedly when she shares the place with a number of former residents: a cynical professor, his bitter sister and her devoted husband, a disgruntled taxi driver and a washed up drifter, all of whom should not be there. Because they are dead.
