Her Night of Romance plot
American millionaire Samuel C. Adams brings his daughter Dorothy to England to see a specialist about her heart problems. In order not to be chased by the press and fortune seekers, Dorothy has made herself look extremely ugly. However, the impoverished British lord Paul Menford spies on Dorothy and sees her without her hideous makeup and he immediately falls in love. Paul then poses as a heart specialist so he can get a chance to meet Dorothy. Paul does it out of love, but his business partner Joe Diamond smells money.
