I Heart Shakey plot

JT O'Neil is a 35-year-old widower. Together with his 10-year-old precocious daughter and loyal dog Shakey, he decides to move from a small town to big Chicago. Once there, JT discovers the fine print on the lease that forces him to distance himself from his beloved dog. Shakey and his friends don't give up and come up with a plan to stay while also deciding to teach JT a valuable lesson about loyalty and having a close family bond.
