Tom Grant summons Marshall Cheyenne Davis to fight Big Jim Kirby and his gang. Grant can pay the farmers from the rewards. Cheyenne arrests the wanted outlaws and sends 'Fuzzy' V. Jones out to collect the rewards. But Fuzzy falls on the way back from his horse and he loses his memory in the process. Now neither Cheyenne nor the outlaws know where the money is.
