Fat Kid Rules the World plot

Troy Billings (Jacob Wysocki) is seventeen, overweight and suicidal. Just as he's about to jump in front of a bus, he's rescued by Marcus (Matt O'Leary), a charming musician who dropped out of school. The two begin an uneasy friendship when Marcus challenges him to become the drummer for a punk rock band. As their friendship grows, Troy's father becomes increasingly concerned about his son's friendship.
