Im Sog des Bösen plot

Anna Richter is German, lives in Berlin and secretly dreams of a life in America. However, her wish is shattered when she becomes pregnant and somewhat reluctantly decides to keep the baby. As if it should be, Anna shortly afterwards meets the Mitchelson family, an American couple who are also expecting a child. At least that's what they claim. In the meantime, it turns out that the woman has had a miscarriage, but that she still wants to have a child at all costs. Whose child doesn't matter
