Rahul Kapoor (Imran Khan) loses his job overnight. Soon after, he meets Riana Braganza (Kareena Kapoor). After discovering that they are married, the couple decides to cancel the marriage. Over the next 10 days, an unlikely friendship develops between Rahul and Rianna.
