After the death of his wife, psychologist Cal Jamison (Sheen) moves with his son to New York, where he has to help the depressed troops as a police psychologist. When he has to treat a young detective who has gone mad while investigating ritual murders, he comes into contact with the dangerous 'Santeria' sect.
