Occupant plot

Danny Hill, 25, gets the chance of a lifetime. When his grandmother dies, he has the chance to take over the lease of her apartment in Manhattan's chic Upper West Side. The doorman and a lawyer convince him to lock himself in for 12 days, the time it takes to get the deal legally in his name. However, when he is trapped, he begins to hear strange noises and inexplicable events take place in apartment 1003.
