Sin of a Family plot

Detective Cho is incompetent and never gets a promotion as a result. Rather than work, he spies on his neighbors. One day he finds the body of a child on a mountain and he decides to investigate the case in hopes of finally impressing his boss. Cho and his partner, Detective Lee, get into a case where the child's penniless father appears to be the killer, but the case becomes more complicated when they begin to develop sympathy for the man.
