"Men were their prey! Beauty was their lure!"

Drama about six hookers working in a brothel in Tokyo's Yoshiwara prostitution district. They are employed in this profession for various reasons; for the education of their children, to get their husbands out of jail, etc. With difficulty they try to maintain their dignity in a profession in which this proves almost impossible.
