Por el Camino plot

Santiago, an Argentine in his twenties, takes a boat to Montevideo to claim the land left behind by his parents. On the way he meets Juliette, a young Belgian woman. After discovering that they have the same goal, the two travelers decide to set off together. Together they are looking for a change in their lives. Santiago was a banker in Manhattan but the death of his parents inspired him to do something different. Juliette hopes to get into a relationship with a Uruguayan commune leader she met in Costa Rica.
