Empire of the Spiritual Ninja plot

A criminal ninja sows death and destruction. The CIA tries to stop him and wants to take him in to bring him to justice. Captain Scott, one of the CIA's most dangerous agents, is deployed to capture the evil Ninja. This captain is also trained as a ninja and he will have to use all his techniques to survive.
