Mission Manila plot

"Daily Departures. No Returns."

Web, a former CIA agent formerly stationed in Manila, has become bored and disillusioned with drugs. Thanks to Maria, an old friend of his, he got rid of it. Around that time, Tony, Web's brother, comes to Manila and stays there while Web goes back home. Tony comes into contact with drug dealer and bar owner Harry Costello, who has ruined Web's life. Tony works for Costello and one day disappears with a $1 million shipment of heroin. Harry Costello is furious and wants to take Tony down. Harrison, Web's ex-CIA boss, is also looking for Tony. Web hears about this and knows what it means for his brother. He decides to return to Manila. To save Tony's life, Web must find him before the others do.
