So-Yeon suffers from claustrophobia caused by a traumatic accident in her childhood and is still being treated for this condition. She works as a groomer at a pet store. One day, the cat Bidanyi comes into the pet store. The next day, Bidanyi's owner is found dead in an elevator. So-Yeon takes the cat home at the request of Agent Joon-Suk. Soon after, So-Yeon begins to see apparitions of a young, mysterious girl, and later still, So-Yeon's close friend Bo-Hee is found dead. Bo-Hee recently adopted a cat from an animal shelter. So-yeon now fears for her own life. Together with agent Joon-Suk, she investigates...
