Panic at Rock Island plot
"Until unimaginable disaster strikes"
On the eve of a major music celebration, a body is discovered in Sydney Harbor that has been ravaged by a mysterious contamination. The medical examiner Jim immediately calls for quarantine. However, the party is too important for the city to cancel and Jim's fear of the public becomes personal when he learns that his children Elmo and Nina are both at the party. With the help of secret agent Hirsch, Jim takes the law into his own hands and closes all entrances to the event.
