Shirley Campbell (Brenda Vaccaro) is a working Bronx woman who is the spitting image of a wealthy society woman. She becomes embroiled in an elaborate extortion plot when she is kidnapped by a group of sophisticated con men. These force her to imitate the society woman in order to extort his money from a confused old man.
