Le Pornographe plot
The film is about the former porn filmmaker Jacques Laurent, who in the 1970s was a celebrated, conscientious and artistic porn filmmaker, a sort of author of erotic cinema. When his son discovered his father's profession - he had always been lied to about it - he ran away from home and refused all contact with his father. Laurent then ended his career. Many years later he finds himself forced by financial problems to take up the old métier again. However, that profession has changed drastically. There is no room for a legendary, always original filmmaker like Laurent.
