Intent to Kill plot

Juan Menda is the president of a turbulent South American country who, after surviving a previous attack, comes anonymously to Montreal for surgery. His opponents get wind of this and hire three Canadian hitmen. Menda's right-hand man Francisco is also involved in the murder plot. In the meantime, Menda's attending surgeon is also not without concerns and after a while discovers that there are people after him.
