El sicario: Room 164 is about a hit man. He has killed hundreds of people, is an expert in torture and kidnapping, and for many years he was a gendarmerie commander in Chihuahua. He even received an education from the FBI. At the moment there is a contract on his life of $250,000. He lives as a fugitive, but he is still free and has not yet been charged with a crime in any country.
