Bill and Coo plot

Welcome to Chirpendale. A town with plenty of parking spaces and a bar where the bird-citizens can drink their Juniper sundaes and listen to jazz music. The birds' happiness is disrupted by an evil black crow with the illustrious nickname 'The Black Plague'. Fortunately, there is taxi driver Bill Singer, who, with the help of the other citizens of Chirpendale, devises a plan to deal with 'The Black Plague' once and for all.
