Ticking Clock plot
Lewis Hicks (Cuba Gooding Jr.) is a crime reporter who specializes in the most brutal murders. When he finds the mutilated body of his new girlfriend and accidentally stumbles upon a diary containing the future victims of the serial killer, he decides to investigate himself. He learns that every lead leads to an 11-year-old orphaned boy living in a shelter.
