Getuige 1 Minuut plot

On January 30, 2007, a 1-minute, 22-second video appeared on GeenStijl.nl, in which a boy in a backyard gets up from a fall, stumbles to a side path of the house and - almost the corner of the house collapses. In the first week it appeared to be a fall, but it soon turned out that the fall was the result of a stabbing. When the fatal outcome became known, the film was given the title: The Scheveningen Dakmoord. In this film, documentary maker Hans Heijnen traces the creation, the route and the effect on the lives of those involved in two minutes of blurry, rustling footage. It takes him to the backyard of the crime scene, to the holiday bungalow of a refugee father, to a TBS clinic and to the courtroom where the film suddenly gets a new function as evidence during a hearing.
